Description of Organization: RiverCourt Residences is a senior living community that provides independent living, assisted living and memory impaired assised living.

Volunteering Opportunities:
The RiverCourt Residences Activity Department has a few openings for teen volunteers. Although we have many programs during the week, we are hoping to recruit the teens for Saturday mornings (11am-Noon) and Sunday afternoons (2-3 pm). As you know, teens enhance the community with their wonderful energy and vibrancy.

Possible volunteer opportunites include:
- Bocce
- HorseRacing
- Bowling
- Card and Board Games
- Volleyball
- Tailgate Toss
- the Wii game

The teens provide the extra assistance that is needed for a quality program while enjoying the elders sense of humor and attentiveness. The teens are always smiling and it appears that they enjoy the reward of brightening the day of our residents.

Requirements for Volunteers: the only requirement for the high school student is to enjoy thier volunteer experience.
